Q: How do I place an order?
A: You may place an order with us safely and securely online, 24/7. Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Q: How can I change or cancel my order?

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders. If you wish to mail a payment please email or phone us first with your order. All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only California residents will be charged sales tax at the rate of 7.25%.
Taxes will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders of $75.00 or more.

Q: When will you ship my order?
A: All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment. We ship Monday through Friday and some Saturdays if needed, excluding holidays. We will email you once your order has shipped. We will also email you if your item is out of stock. All items are subject to availability.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Standard shipping generally takes 4-7 days to be delivered (not including Sundays or holidays). Also, if your item is out of stock shipping could be delayed 1-2 weeks. We will email you if your item is out of stock. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International shipments generally take 1-3 weeks to be delivered.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to most countries including Canada, Europe, the U. K., and Australia. A list of the countries that we ship to appears in a drop down list when you checkout. If you do not see your country listed, please email us and we will see if we are able to ship to your country. If you wish to order anything over $25.00, we ask that you pay for Express shipping which is the only way to get insurance and tracking for shipments out of the U.S.

Q: Will there be any additional charges for international shipments?
A: Each country has a local customs office which may or may not charge additional fees. They can also delay the delivery of your order. It is a good idea to first check with your local customs office to inquire about any fees that they may charge before placing your order.

Q: The item I wanted is out of stock, will you be getting anymore?
A: We try to keep our shelves stocked with most sizes and designs but some items are being discontinued and will not be brought back into stock. Please email us at admin@rawkthemessage.com to find out about a particular shirt or poster. If an item is out of stock and in the closeout section then it is no longer available.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our top priority and that is why we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee!

  • You may return any item for a full refund (minus shipping fees) or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
  • Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.
  • Shipping is refundable if the item arrives damaged.
  • Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived.

All of our merchandise is officially licensed, which means that we only work with the official distributors and license holders of these designs. We never work with bootleggers. Most of the shirts and posters that you see on our web site were produced for the bands and are sold at their concerts.

What if I do not want to use a credit card, may I send you a check or money order through the mail?

Yes. We accept personal checks and money orders (your check must clear before your order is shipped). Please email us with your order before sending your payment.
